Randy is a native of Minot, ND. He earned an Economics degree at Minot State University. From 1994 to 2006 he served the Minot area as a State Senator, and is currently a State Representative.

Randy began his insurance career in the Great Smokey Mountains of East Tennessee. In April 2011 the largest supercell of tornadoes on record ripped through Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee – killing hundreds of people. The destruction of property was enormous. Because of that trying time, Randy has keen understanding of the need to ensure our clients have the very best coverage available.

Randy has earned the Auto-Owners Insurance “Presidents Club” designation. It is reserved for the Top 25 of over 26,000 Life & Health agents nationwide.

His interests include competing in Tough Mudder events, riding ATVs, whitewater rafting, and running with his two dogs, Sadie and Frackie.
