Mark Koller
VP Claims Manager
Mark Koller joined First Western Insurance in November of 2022 and has been helping customers with claims for over 30 years. He worked as a claims adjuster and supervisor for over 15 years and then with a large insurance broker for 15 years. In working with First Western Insurance customers, Mark desires to help customers attain their best possible claims outcome.
He lives in Howard Lake, MN, with his wife, Lisa, and they have a daughter and two sons. Mark likes working with people, has served on various boards, coached multiple sports teams, and enjoys serving at his church. In his free time, he finds himself fishing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling with his wife.
